CRE Raise
Terms of Service
Effective July 19, 2026
These Terms govern access to and use of CRE Raise. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
CRE Raise provides software tools for commercial real estate sponsor workflows, including deal organization, investor matching assistance, contact management, document drafting, market-insight generation, and financial modeling.
CRE Raise is a technology provider. It is not a broker-dealer, funding portal, placement agent, investment adviser, lender, law firm, accounting firm, or tax adviser. It does not raise capital, solicit investments, negotiate securities transactions, or make investment decisions for you.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and use the service for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting login credentials, and all activity performed through your account.
Team contacts stored in CRE Raise are reference records unless a separate invitation and access feature is expressly provided. Adding a contact does not automatically create a user account or grant access.
3. Trials, plans, and billing
New eligible accounts may receive one application trial without a credit card. Trial duration, usage allowances, active-raise limits, contact reveals, AI generations, and saved-model limits are displayed in the service and may differ from paid-plan limits.
Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. Billing and payment processing are handled through Stripe. Cancellation generally takes effect according to the billing-portal terms shown when you cancel. Fees already incurred are nonrefundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
4. Your data and responsibilities
You retain responsibility for information, assumptions, documents, and contact records you submit. You represent that you have the right to upload and use that material and that your use complies with privacy, securities, advertising, anti-spam, intellectual-property, and other applicable laws.
You must independently verify investor information, market information, model assumptions, calculations, disclosures, and generated documents before relying on or distributing them.
5. AI-assisted output
Some features use artificial intelligence. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular transaction. Output is a draft and not a substitute for professional review. You decide whether and how it is used.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use CRE Raise to violate law; misrepresent an offering; send unlawful or deceptive communications; scrape or bulk-export protected investor contact data; bypass plan limits or security controls; upload malicious code; interfere with the service; or attempt unauthorized access to another account or system.
7. Intellectual property
CRE Raise and its software, design, branding, and underlying content are owned by CRE Raise or its licensors. Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you receive a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the service for your internal business purposes.
You retain ownership of your submitted content. You grant CRE Raise the limited rights necessary to host, process, secure, and provide the service.
8. Third-party services
The service relies on third parties such as authentication, hosting, database, payment, email, and AI providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and may occasionally be unavailable.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access for nonpayment, security concerns, unlawful use, material breach, or risk to the service or other users. You may stop using the service and may request account deletion through Account Settings, subject to resolving active paid subscriptions and legally required retention.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRE Raise disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and any warranty that matches, data, output, or results will be accurate or lead to financing or investment.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRE Raise will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, investment losses, financing failures, or loss of data arising from use of the service. CRE Raise’s aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material updates will be communicated through the service or by email when appropriate. Continued use after an effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
