CRE Raise
Privacy Policy
Effective July 19, 2026
This Policy explains how CRE Raise handles information when you visit the website, create an account, or use the software.
1. Information we collect
Account information: name, email address, job title, authentication identifiers, trial status, plan, and account settings.
Business and deal information: company details, project information, deal assumptions, target markets, team contacts, CRM records, notes, generated documents, and financial models.
Billing information: subscription status, plan identifiers, billing periods, and Stripe customer or subscription references. Payment-card details are collected and processed by Stripe rather than stored by CRE Raise.
Usage and support information: feature activity, page visits, device or browser data, error information, usage-limit records, and communications with support.
2. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users; provide investor matching, document, CRM, market-insight, and modeling features; enforce plan limits; process subscriptions; operate support; send transactional account communications; protect the service; diagnose errors; and improve product usability.
3. How information is shared
We share information with service providers only as needed to operate CRE Raise, such as Supabase for database and authentication services, Stripe for billing, Lovable and hosting providers for application infrastructure, email-delivery providers, and AI-processing providers used by enabled features.
We may disclose information to comply with law, enforce agreements, protect users or the service, investigate fraud or security incidents, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information.
4. AI processing
Information submitted to AI-assisted features may be sent to configured AI providers to generate requested output. Do not submit information you are not authorized to process. AI output and prompts may be logged temporarily for reliability, abuse prevention, and debugging according to provider and platform settings.
5. Security
CRE Raise uses technical and organizational safeguards including authenticated access, database row-level security, protected server functions, usage controls, and restricted administrative operations. No system can guarantee absolute security, and you are responsible for protecting account credentials.
6. Retention
We retain information while an account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations. Backups and provider records may remain for a limited period after deletion.
7. Your choices
Account Settings allows an authenticated user to update profile and company information, download an account-data export, and request permanent deletion when subscription and administrator safeguards permit. You may also unsubscribe from eligible email communications using the link in those messages. Essential authentication, billing, security, and support messages may still be sent.
Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, or appeal rights. Contact us to submit a request.
8. Cookies and analytics
CRE Raise may use browser storage, session identifiers, and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, security, analytics, and service operation. Browser settings can limit some technologies, but doing so may prevent features from working.
9. Children and international use
CRE Raise is a business service and is not directed to children under 18. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where service providers operate.
10. Updates and contact
We may update this Policy as the product or legal requirements change. The effective date will be revised when changes are posted.
Privacy questions and requests may be sent to support@creraise.com.
